Instructions for Use

Magnesium Spray

• Begin by applying 2 to 4 sprays to your feet only. Continue this for a few weeks to allow your body to adapt.
• After the initial phase, increase to 4 to 6 sprays applied to your stomach. This promotes deep restorative sleep and helps boost your overall magnesium levels.
• Once your body is accustomed to the magnesium, you can extend application to more sensitive areas like your legs, arms, and shoulders, or any other areas that feel tight or sore.
• If you experience a tingle or itch, don't worry—this is normal and could indicate magnesium deficiency. Return to applying to your feet only for another week before trying the more sensitive areas again.
• This sensation is a sign that you need this product, and it should diminish as you continue using it.
• To soothe and moisturize, apply lotion over the top of the spray.

Magnesium Gel

• Begin by applying to your feet only, 2-4 pumps. Continue this for a few weeks to allow your body to adapt.

• After the initial phase, begin to apply on to your stomach. This promotes deep restorative sleep and helps boost your overall magnesium levels.

• Once your body is accustomed to the magnesium, you can extend application to more sensitive areas like your legs, arms, and shoulders, or any other areas that feel tight or sore.

Each milliliter of Sol Salt's Magnesium Oil Spray provides 400mg of magnesium chloride.
