Problems With Your Order?

Please be aware that all orders are sent with Authority To Leave. Ensure you provide a secure address where the parcel can be safely left if no one is home. If the address you enter at checkout is incorrect and your order is returned to our facility, you will need to pay a $10 reshipping fee for us to resend your item. We cannot offer refunds for orders with incorrect addresses.

Typically, we do not cancel or refund accepted orders. However, you may cancel an order if it has not reached our dispatch team and you have not received a confirmation email. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 15% of your order value will apply due to nonrefundable fees charged by our payment providers and administrative costs.

What Items Are Not Returnable?

  • All of our boxes are sealed with tape. Once the tape is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and cannot be returned.

  • Opened products are not eligible for return.

  • Products with broken seals on the boxes are not returnable.

  • Items not purchased from www.thesolsalt.com are not eligible for return.

  • Items without an order number or a packing slip cannot be returned.

  • Gift Card Returns: Purchases of gift cards are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Returned items without a tracking number are not accepted.

How to Return Unopened Products

  • Request Submission: Return requests for unopened products must be submitted within 5 days of delivery by contacting us via email.

  • Shipping Timeline: Products must be mailed or shipped within 14 days from the date the return was authorized by Sol Salt's Customer Service Team.

  • Tracking Requirement: Ensure you include a tracking number with your shipment, and send this tracking number along with your confirmation of shipping to thesolsalt@gmail.com. Use your order number as the subject line.

  • Return Eligibility: If the returned products are opened or damaged, they will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Time Limitation: Return requests initiated after the 5-day period, or returns not received within 14 days, will not be eligible for a refund.
